Three balconies collapse in Marsascala

Three balconies have collapsed in Marsacala, the locality mayor has said.

The accident took place in Zonqor Street on Saturday morning.

No-one had been injured, mayor Mario Calleja said.

It is believed that the top balcony of the three-storey building collapsed and brought down the two others.

The police and the Civil Protection Department went on site.
