66 new Covid-19 cases reported

66 new Covid-19 cases were reported on Thursday.

There are currently 369 active cases in the country.

Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 113,693 Covid cases in Malta, from which 112,130 persons have recovered.

798 people have died in total in Malta, whilst testing positive for Covid-19.

The Health Ministry had stopped publishing daily bulletins on social media, which display details about the pandemic in Malta, ever since the day after the March 2022 general election.

Data is still being published by the Health Ministry’s COVID-19 Public Health Response Team on an open-source database as via the platform GitHub, although certain details, such as the number of positive Covid-19 cases in hospital and details about the people who died, are not being included in the dataset itself.
