Moneybase supports Maltese journalists covering war in Ukraine

The Malta Independent's Editorin-Chief Neil Camilleri and videographer Giuseppe Attard are in Ukraine to cover the current conflict and give daily, first-hand reports on the situation from the front lines.

The aim of their journey will not stop at reporting news. The duo aim to document their findings in order to produce a documentary to raise funds for Ukrainian refugees.

This is not their first assignment there. In fact, Camilleri and Attard had already visited Ukraine earlier in the war and were reporting from Kyiv, Bucha and Irpin.

"We at Moneybase appreciate the importance of journalism and therefore support both Camilleri and Attard in their efforts to use their work as a means of raising money to assist refugees fleeing the war. The Team at Moneybase wishes them a safe journey," Moneybase said.
